Invoking the QC Revenue Code, Edgar Villanueva, manhattan treasurer, said such vehicles should be subject to annual fixed taxation.

While Article 17 imposes annually fixed tax for every truck or to van or any motor vehicle used in the most important delivery or distribution of roducts, Article 19 mandates the collection related to annual fixed tax on every single PUVs, except tricycles, with driveway or terminal within the city.
Younger than Article 17, all vehicles becoming utilized for the delivery of goods within the manhattan will be taxed at P500 once a year for trucks or vans a fact P200 for motorized delivery cortege.
Article 19 also provides that every PUVs must have a garage or to terminal to be taxed P400 regarding unit for buses and P200 for other public vehicles.
