Solar energy is set to become the most cost effective source of electricity in many parts of the world over the following 10 years, according to a new report posted by German think tank, Placette Energiewende.

Chief executive officer Medical professional Patrick Graichen said they wanting to see if recent falls in the cost of photovoltaics would continue.
"The finding are there's no end to the cost will fall in photovoltaics, " he identified.
